So there’s a large debate about the Xbox Live Marketplace and the recently released GRAW Chapter 2 Content Download.
Currently it’s priced at 1200 Microsoft Points (roughly $15).
People are whining that it costs too much… blah blah blah. Penny Arcade actually figured it to be $20 if you have < 500 points in your account… (purchase points in increments of 500 roughly).
- Stop whining.
- If you think it’s too expensive, don’t fucking buy it.
- Stop whining.
You know… it costs money to develop these add-ons. Think of it this way. You wan’t a Ferrari, it costs $450,000.00, are you whining directly to Ferrari cause their cars cost too much? I don’t think so.
I’m done ranting!
If not Ferrari then whom would I complain to. I mean they are the ones setting the price. Not the best example, but I with the main point, if you don’t want to pay the fee for something extra above and beyond the normal price of the game, then don’t buy it. Cry babies.
Yeah but people are complaining to Microsoft about the points (aka MajorNelson) and I just can’t stand it… I tried to get as close to an example of people complaining to the PEOPLE in the companies…
err something.
is it kind of like taking your ferrari to the shop and paying $20,000 to get it tuned up and then find out you can’t pay for it because the damn whore from Saigon stole all of you cash? But seriously Jake, sweet rant, the developers need some lovin too.
